LEADERSHIP ROLES: Founder and two-year president of Relay for Life at the University of Kansas, chaired committee and team which raised over $110,000; Event coordinator for citywide fundraiser – “Kids Helping Kids”; Certified swim instructor (WSI); Strategic marketing campaign for BLIMPIE International, Inc., Founded Adrienne’s Aquatics for children age 2 – 14, member of Beta Kappa chapter of Delta Gamma.

EMPLOYMENT: Production Assistant at KUJH Channel 14; Dancer, Singer, Actor at Discoveryland! (2004) and Texas Legacies (2003); Certified Swim Instructor, Marketing intern with the Denver Center for the Performing Arts.

SPECIAL TRAINING: Trained in dance, voice and theatre at the University of Kansas.

LEGACY: As Miss Kansas, Adrienne, plans to make a substantial difference in the educational system throughout the state. She plans to continue her involvement with politicians, turning financial education into a state standard for grades K-12. Adrienne plans to be the affirmative voice behind fine educators and passion-driven students, serving them in their road to success.

GENERAL: Adrienne enjoys researching theatre companies and attending performances, specifically musical theatre. She has been dancing for the past 16 years, recently re-establishing her vocal training. Her love for the arts is indescribable. It is a real-life demonstration of what hard work, self-esteem, and BIG dreams are made of.
