MISS KANSAS 2003 Angelea Busby
Age: 21 Home Town: Lenexa, Kansas High School: Shawnee Mission West High School
EDUCATION: University of Kansas Major: Journalism Status: Senior
CAREER AMBITION: Legal Counselor
PLATFORM: Depression Awareness After her mother almost died five years ago from the disease depression, Angelea has made it her mission to educate others about depression. Often called the invisible killer, depression is just as deadly as diseases such as AIDS and cancer, but receives little attention from the public and media.
